Account Registration and Setup

Overview

Pupau provides multiple authentication methods and a straightforward registration process for accessing the AI Platform.

Sign-in Options

Users can access their account through three different methods:

• Google Sign-in (Enter with Google)
• Apple ID (Enter with Apple ID)
• Microsoft Account (Enter with Microsoft)
• Email and Password (Enter with email and password)

Registration Process

Step 1: Access Registration Page

Navigate to https://app.pupau.ai/public/auth/register

Step 2: Authentication

Select one of the following options:

• Enter with Google
• Enter with Apple ID
• Enter with Microsoft
• Enter with email and password

Step 3: Email Registration Form

If choosing email registration, complete the following fields:

• Email address
• Password

Click 'Register' to create your account.

Login Process

Step 1: Access Login Page

Navigate to https://app.pupau.ai/public/auth/login

Step 2: Authentication

Choose your preferred login method:

• Click 'Enter with Google' for Google authentication
• Click 'Enter with Apple ID' for Apple authentication
• Click 'Enter with Microsoft' for Microsoft authentication
• Use email login:
  • Enter email address
  • Enter password
  • Click 'Login'

Password Recovery

Forgot Password Flow

1. Click 'Reset password' link on the login with email page
2. Enter your email address
3. Click 'Send' to receive recovery instructions
4. Check your email for the password reset link

Password Reset

Once you click the reset link:

1. Enter your new password
   • Must be at least 8 characters long
   • Must include a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters
2. Click 'Reset Password' to confirm
3. Click 'Go To Login' to return to the login page
