Show Match Indicator in Knowledge Base​

This option allows you to decide whether or not to show the indication of use of the knowledge base in the assistant replies. When enabled, this option shows an icon that indicates to the user that references from the support knowledge base were used to formulate the answer.

Show Resource List on Match​

This option displays a list of files or links that are used to formulate the response. Enabling this option will show the complete list of files and links used in each reply.

Allow Resource Downloads​

This option allows the user to download any resources used by the assistant to formulate the response.
